the room was super clean! the staff were very friendly! checking in was very quick! the food in the restaurant for breakfast was lovely and inviting. the location was great for us, and the car park was very close by too. breakfast was good and the complimentary coffee machine in the entrance was a great idea.

there was no body wash in the shower dispenser! it was empty! there was no toilet paper in the downstairs toilet! also a large wine in the bar is 175ml. normal large is 250ml, and there were no crisps to buy?

cold bacon missing cutlery

the breakfast was AWFUL. I arrived at 9:40 am on a Sunday, and most items were GONE. i waited over ten minutes for sausages, but the bacon was rock hard and cold. the chef seemed annoyed when I asked for a fried egg. cutlery was MISSING so I felt it was a very UNHAPPY experience.

the hotel entrance presents an interesting design. a car park is conveniently located next door. the main shopping areas are a short distance. i enjoyed a spacious room equipped with effective air conditioning. complimentary hot beverages are available. i found the bed comfortable.

Lighting proved to be somewhat inadequate. This was only noticeable when applying makeup.
